Former Rolex Rankings No.1 Lydia Ko has found herself firmly under the microscope so far in 2017 after a series of changes made on and off the course over the past few months.
Ko, still only 20-years-old, has switched coach, caddies twice, clubs and apparel affiliation lately and these changes have coincided with what by her incredibly high standards must be considered a drought in terms of tournament victories. The run at the time of writing comes in at around one year since Lydia's last triumph.
Though a run of this length without recording a tournament victory would barely raise an eyebrow in the case of almost all other professional golfers it is somewhat surprising in Ko's case, given her staggering start to life on the LPGA which saw her claim 14 wins, including two majors.
We recently caught up with Lydia, who spoke positively about the changes she's made across the board, which she firmly believes will make her a better player and help her strengthen her position at the top of the incredibly competitive women's game.
